We adore the wonderful aromatic herb, Lavender. The ancient Egyptians, Romans and Greeks used Lavender oil for thousands of years. It works as an anxiolytic (an anxiety reliever) and as a sedative, to increase relaxation and calm, and help bring about sleep. This is because Lavender interacts with the neurotransmitter GABA to help quiet the brain and nervous system activity, reducing agitation, anger, aggression, and restlessness. Lavender also functions as a pain reliever and has anti-bacterial capabilities.
Our second essential oil is Rosemary. Research shows that simply inhaling the aroma of rosemary essential oil can lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol in your blood. High cortisol levels are caused by stress, anxiety or any thought or event that puts your body in "fight-or-flight" mode. Frankincense is a calming, grounding scent which also helps open breathing passages, allowing your body to reach its ideal temperature for sleeping.
Our Massage Oils are also infused with 100mg CBD Oil. The CBD oil relaxes the mind and also makes the brain calm and composed with the help of the natural properties of the organic component. CBD is also prescribed as a mild anti-depressant for some people who do not believe in toxic medicines.

How to use
Massage directly onto the skin and gently rub in until the oil is absorbed.
Bath Oil- add 2 capfuls to a warm bath, immerse in the healing solution and enjoy the aroma of these amazing herbs. Soak for 20 minutes. Our massage oil can also be used as a ‘foot-soak’. Use 1 capful in a bowl of warm water-soak feet for 20 minutes.
